At Z Chic Salon + Extensions we value our guests’ experience and have set guidelines to ensure
it is professional and enjoyable. All regular priced services include a hair bath and conditioning treatment.
A trim is recommended every 6-12 weeks and may be added on to your appointment for only $25.
As we believe in healthy hair first, a trim may be required for any service.
HAIR COLOR CONSULTATIONS
It is mandatory for all new guests to consult with a professional prior to receiving a color service.
Consultations are essential in achieving optimum results of the desired hair color while
maintaining the integrity of the hair. A 30-minute virtual consultation may be reserved online ONLY once a
haircolor request form has been filled out. An in-person consultation may still be required by your stylist based
on information given on the request form. In-person consultations are full service.
Consultation and color appointments are not guaranteed to be serviced in the same day.
Microlinks are a braidless, luxury extension service that enhance the natural hair by using small cylinder beads
to add length and volume without compromising access to the scalp, allowing for optimum versatility.
All microlink installs must be approved by a Z Chic Salon specialist. If you are interested in a microlink install,
please fill out our luxury extension request form OR reserve an in-person microlink consultation online. Once your request
form has been received, a Z Chic Salon extension specialist will reach out to you within 48 business hours to approve your request or require a consultation. A 30-minuute video consultation may be reserved online once we receive your request form.
All in-person microlink consultations include a signature silk press. It’s important that the hair is in a
healthy, moisture balanced condition before adding the links and that we use a hair texture that is compatible with
your natural hair and lifestyle.
Service may be reserved same day if availability allows.
ALL MICROLINK INSTALLS INCLUDE HAIR!
Re-installs include using hair from a previous install and must still be approved by your stylist.
COLORING EXTENSIONS (bundles & tapes/clip-ins):
AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2021 Z Chic Salon + Extensions will only color the virgin extensions sold in-house!
To allow sufficient time for the service, all extensions must be colored 48 business hours prior to the desired
install date, unless otherwise reserved. Color and install are NOT guaranteed to be serviced in the same day unless otherwise reserved.
WE ONLY MAINTENENCE INSTALLS PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY!
SEW-INS & LOW MANIPULATION STYLES (by request only)
The guest list for all basic installs including: The Quick Weave and
The Natural Install has been closed. However, Sew-in packages may still be reserved online.
Guest must have an online user account and a card on file to make an appointment request.
We love our brides and have many bridal services available including on-location, full and half-day rates.
Please fill out a Bridal Intake Form prior to reserving a bridal consultation with us online.
Z Chic Virgin Hair
Our 100% Virgin Hair is available in salon and online.
We encourage you to purchase our extensions at the salon during your new install service!
We have an array of wave patterns to suit each client’s unique needs.
BUNDLES MAY BE SIMILAR BUT ARE NOT 100% IDENTICAL .
ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
EXCHANGE ONLY IN ORIGINAL PACKAGE WITHIN 14 DAYS.
WE DO NOT RE-USE HAIR PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED BY ANOTHER SALON.
- New hair may be purchased prior to or during appointment.
A trim is the key to anti-breakage, moisture and length retention for optimal growth.
A trim me be added to your service for only $25 .

appointment may be forfeited OR charged a $45 convenience fee in addition to service. Services may
only be added during appointment time if approved by a professional, so please book accordingly.
If your are running more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, please call or text us
to let us know at 678-887-8054.
A $25 late fee is added to the service after a 15 minute grace period.
After 45 minutes, your appointment and deposit will be forfeited.
48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
To reserve an appointment date and time, a 50% deposit of the selected service(s) is required.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS if appointment is cancelled.
If an adjustment or reschedule needs to be made to your appointment, please do so prior to 48 hours
of the scheduled appointment time. Reschedules are only allowed outside of our late cancellation
time frame. Although we do understand that emergencies happen, ALL NO CALL/NO SHOWS
will be blocked from our online booking system and banned from the salon.
Please be courteous of other's time and plan appointments accordingly.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, no exceptions.
A salon credit will automatically be applied to guest's account if appointment is
cancelled before the 48 hour notice. If appointment is cancelled after the 48 hour late
cancellation window, the paid deposit is forfeited.
It's important that all guests arrive with hair SHAMPOO READY. This includes
being detangled and free from all braids/twist so that we stay on time for later reservations.
Detangling after braids, protective styles or matting caused by buildup may be added on for only $20.
PLEASE NO KIDS, Unless they are being serviced.
EXTRA GUEST MAY WAIT IN THE LOBBY.
You are welcome to meet us in the salon at your appointment time to begin your service.
If you arrive early you may wait in the salon or in your car.
